Community Meetings Planned for October 1 and 22

The Roslindale Wetlands Task Force and the Longfellow Area Neighborhood Association (LANA) have been urging the City of Boston to acquire 104-108 Walter Street in order to protect the wetlands and also to create several units of affordable ownership housing. The city is receptive, and has sent the owners of 104-108 Walter Street a letter of intent to acquire.

On October 1 and October 22, at 7:00 p.m., LANA and the RWTF will be hosting virtual meetings to discuss the future of 104-108 Walter Street. These meetings will engage the neighbors to develop a shared vision of how to situate up to four housing units while preserving the open space at 108. Meetings will be held on Zoom. Please register using the links below, and you will receive login details shortly before the meeting.

Many thanks to CEDAC and the Kuehn Charitable Foundation for their support.
